SEO agency · technical, content & authority

Most SEO problems are not content problems.

FissionX is a technical SEO agency. We start in the crawl logs and the index, fix what is actually holding the site back, then build the content and authority that make it rank — and report it in revenue, not positions.

If any of these sound familiar, the audit will pay for itself

  • Pages indexed for months with zero impressions
  • Three of your URLs competing for one query
  • Core Web Vitals failing on mobile, passing on desktop
  • Earned coverage pointing at 404s and redirect chains
  • Traffic that never reconciles with the CRM
  • Rankings that move without anybody knowing why

Four arms, four pillars

Rankings come from four things. Most agencies sell you one.

A crawl fix without content stalls. Content without authority never outranks an older domain. Authority without measurement is a story you cannot defend at budget time. We work all four, and we tell you which one is actually your bottleneck.

What the first audit turns up

Six findings we hit again and again

Not a promise about your site — the patterns that recur across the ones we diagnose. If two of these sound familiar, the audit will pay for itself before anybody writes a word of content.

How we work

Diagnosis before prescription

Most SEO retainers start shipping deliverables in week one because deliverables are easy to invoice. We spend the first two weeks finding out which of the four pillars is actually costing you traffic — and sometimes the answer is that you do not need us for three of them.

  1. 01Diagnose

Crawl, log files, Search Console and analytics. Two weeks, fixed scope, and you own the findings whether or not we continue together.

  2. 02Prioritise

Every finding sized by effort and by the revenue it touches. The output is an ordered backlog your developers can pick up, not a 90-page PDF.

  3. 03Ship

We implement, or we write the ticket precisely enough that your team can. Technical fixes first, because content on a broken foundation does not compound.

  4. 04Report

Monthly: what moved, what did not, and what we changed our mind about. Rankings, traffic and conversions in one view, against the baseline.

Questions we get asked first

The honest answers

How long before SEO shows results?

Technical fixes can move indexation and impressions within weeks. Content and authority work compounds over two to three quarters — an audit finding fixed in month one usually shows in the data by month two, while a new topic cluster is typically judged at month six. Any agency promising rankings by a fixed date is guessing.

Do you work with our in-house team or replace it?

Either. Most engagements are a technical team plus briefs your writers execute, because your team knows the product better than we ever will. Where you have no in-house capacity, we write and ship.

What is Generative Engine Optimization, and do we need it yet?

GEO is optimizing so that AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews cite you inside their answers, rather than just ranking a blue link. You need it when a measurable share of your category research already happens in an assistant. We baseline that before recommending spend, so the answer is a number rather than a hunch.

Will you guarantee a number-one ranking?

No. Nobody controls a search engine result. We commit to the work, the reporting and the diagnosis — which pages moved, why, and what changes next.

What do you need from us to start?

Read access to Google Search Console, Google Analytics and your CMS, plus server log access where we can get it. A first-call conversation about which product lines actually carry margin, so we optimize for those instead of the easiest keywords.

How do engagements run?

We start with a fixed-scope audit sprint so you own a prioritized plan whether or not you continue with us. Ongoing work then runs as a monthly retainer sized to the backlog that audit produced.

Find out what is holding the site back

We will run a first-pass technical review of your domain — crawl, indexation and Core Web Vitals — and walk you through what we found. No obligation, and you keep the findings either way.
